Review: Missha Signature Extreme Cover Concealer

I bought this concealer for $30AU on Yesstyle. This name is crazy long so I'll refer this as Missha's concealer, the full product will be in the title.

Now there is not a lot of hype of Missha's products besides their Perfect Cover BB Cream (which I totally recommend by the way). But I can say they may be my most favorite Korean makeup brand for their face products. Let's see how this concealer fares up.

This super amazing packaging. From my instagram @kari_rah
I LOVE this concealer. Love Love Love. It is highly pigmented (perfect for acne scars), 30SPF, not cakey and impeccably long-wearing. It is great. Simple as that. I have the shade #23 and sadly one of its biggest cons is the two shades they come in. 2 shades is definitely not enough variety for the range of skin tones people come in. Lucky for me though, this shade works very well for me. It blends into my foundation and powder fantastically so I don't have problem with having 3 different colors on my face. The shade is best described as firstly yellow-undertone, although you may be able to get away with calling it beige-under toned as well. Perfect for someone with light-medium skin. If you are lighter #21 is the shade for you.

But what is great about this product is the BEAUTIFUL packaging. See-through container containing the concealer with a luxurious gold detailed lid. It is so so so beautiful it looks so so so expensive. There is plenty of concealer in there that paying $30 doesn't seem all too bad.

Here are the swatches! (sorry guys, my eyebrows are ungroomed) but this is without foundation so you can see how much it can cover.

On its own it's seriously enough. If you have really nice skin with a few blemishes then using this on its own is perfect. If you have acne scars like me using this alone would work but I would use a light layer of foundation (of any coverage) underneath to even out your skin tone first.

Only con is that this can become cakey when put on dry skin. So either exfoliate the dead skin off first or apply moisturizer, blot and then apply this. It is long-wearing but even if you have dry/oily skin you should powder to keep it 'protected'.

Overall it's a beautiful/convenient packaged and not too pricey price that is a lovely light/medium, creamy, high coverage concealer that can be used on blemishes. This is an all around great concealer and I recommend it especially if you have an light to medium yellow undertone skin.

Get this guys!

See you on my next review thanks so much for reading! <3
