Review: Biore UV Bright Face Milk SPF 50+ PA+++

Today's review will be on a sunscreen by Biore! This product is similar to the Clarins and Shiseido UV protectors where they are milky in texture. They provide a really light weight non-oily finish and are perfect for wear under makeup. I was super excited to try this out!

I really needed a new SPF to wear under my makeup, normal sunscreens tend to be thick, oily and leave my face white. And as we know sun protection is incredibly important at any age as it prevents ageing, fine lines, dark spots, hyper pigmentation and skin cancers. My face products usually have SPF but this is a further step I like to take just in case.

This face milk is SPF50+ (protection from UVB rays) and PA+++ (UVA rays) and the higher the number and +'s the better protection it gives. For this product both are very high which is of course very ideal for any weather but especially in summer days.

It's in a really simple pale pink packaging about the size of 3/4 of my hand, it's small and convenient to bring on travel.

A lot of you may think why this instead of a sunscreen? And I think I have touched on it briefly but these little milk textured sunscreens are designed to be significantly more lightweight and less oily on the skin. It's not only ideal for those who wear makeup but it makes it more convenient to wear sunscreen.

Remember to SHAKE before use! And when applying be very careful as it's a watery texture so it comes out even with the slightest squeeze. I like to apply a dot on my cheeks, chin, nose and forehead. It is so blendable and absorbs like a dream. A lot of reviews have said this even goes as far as being a mattifying primer and I totally agree. It makes my skin matte without drying it out and my foundation glides over the velvety finish.

As for how it wears during the day, in my first time wearing this it flaked real bad by the end of the day. When I used it the next day I double moisturized and saw none of that anymore. My makeup does last longer with this, which is amazing! At the end of the day none of my makeup has moved and I have worn this from 10 to 5. There is no cracking and no places where the makeup has dissolved. My skin is still oily though and there is a sheen by the end of the day but it doesn't feel gross or itchy. I am just surprised my face makeup has survived!

I think this is a gem of the makeup world. It was only $12 on Yesstyle and along with it's exceptional SPF/PA ratings it also primes and mattifies my skin which you would think would be the stuff of dreams for a sunscreen. This is a really amazing product and does way more than it offers. Even if you don't think the primer aspect of the product will work for you, for a sunscreen this feels so amazing on the skin. That alone makes it worth buying.

5/5. I would totally recommend it!

Thanks for reading! What sunscreens do you use? :)
