Ramen Tip!

Do you ever wish you could get the taste of a pot-cooked ramen in the same time as a ramen cooked by boiling water?
Here's my easy quick tip!

Hahaha I love Naruto. Credit to whoever's talented drawing this is

Ramen is favorite food, sooooooooo bad but sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good. So here's what you do, put whatever ramen you like into your bowl (yes you need a packet ramen). Put all your seasonings and crack your trusty egg in as well. Eggs and ramen are meant to be. Shame on you if you don't like egg with your ramen (just kidding).
Now pour in your boiling water and cover with a plate. Leave it however long you like, the noodles should still be a little hard nonetheless and your egg should be translucent, don't touch the yolk, yo ramen gonna be swimming in a yellow hot mess if you do. Without the plate put your ramen in the microwave (remember to use microwave safe kitchenware!) and the magic number should be 1:11 minutes. Why? A minute makes the ramen on the verge of boiling, to make your soup boil make sure you cook for a few seconds over the minute. I like 1:11 since it allows me to press only one number haha and I find my yolks completely cooked (no liquid) but still bright orange and gooey not grey and pale yellow.

And voila you have soft ramen noodles, cooked eggs and boiling hot soup without the need to cook it in a pot.

This is something my mum suggested off a whim, try it out. I like to put eggs, green onion, meat, chilli and fried shallots in my ramen, how do you enjoy your ramen?

Mm...time to enjoy a bowl of ramen and an episode of Friends, it always taste better at night when the weather's cold. One of my favorite things to do after a week of university and a day of homework.

Go enjoy some ramen guys!
